In the turbulent years of 2016 and 2017, India's automotive sector found itself amid a sweeping transformation. A combination of government directives, rising environmental concerns, and global economic unrest had created the perfect setting for industry-wide disruption. Greaves Cotton, an industrial stalwart since 1859, was neither untouched by nor unaware of these changes, and faced some hard choices.
