Tata Motors Introduces Curvv EV SeriesX Variants Starting at Rs 16.99 Lakh
The new variants feature a 55 kWh battery pack delivering an ARAI certified range of 502 kilometers and include a 15 year lifetime battery warranty.
Tata Motors announced the launch of the new Curvv EV SeriesX lineup on May 4, 2026. The new range comprises two main variants, with the Accomplished X 55 priced at Rs 16.99 lakh and the Empowered X 55 priced at Rs 19.19 lakh, ex showroom Mumbai. An additional Empowered X 55 Dark edition is available for Rs 19.49 lakh.
Built on the automaker's acti.ev architecture, the SeriesX models utilize a 55 kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor that produces 167 horsepower and 215 Nm of torque. Tata Motors claims an ARAI certified range of 502 kilometers and an estimated real world range of approximately 400 kilometers. The manufacturer is offering a lifetime high voltage battery warranty on the new variants, which covers the first owner for a period of 15 years.
The Accomplished X 55 variant is equipped with a panoramic sunroof, a 360 degree camera system with a blind spot monitor, and dual 26.03 cm digital screens for the instrument cluster and infotainment system. Inside the cabin, the model features passively ventilated seats trimmed in leatherette upholstery and rear sunshades.
The higher spec Empowered X 55 variant upgrades the interior with a larger 31.24 cm Harman touchscreen, a nine speaker JBL audio system, active front seat ventilation, and a six way power adjustable driver seat. This trim also includes Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems with 20 functions, vehicle to load capabilities, 18 inch alloy wheels, and a gesture controlled powered tailgate. The SeriesX lineup is available in five exterior colors, including a new Nitro Crimson paint option.
