Gensol Engineering MD and Whole-time Director Resign Effective May 12
Managing Director Anmol Singh Jaggi and Whole-time Director Puneet Singh Jaggi step down from their positions effective May 12, 2025, with both resignations linked to a SEBI interim directive dated April 15, 2025.
Gensol Engineering Limited has officially announced the resignation of two senior members from its Board of Directors. Anmol Singh Jaggi, serving as the Managing Director, and Puneet Singh Jaggi, holding the position of Whole-time Director, have both tendered their resignations with effect from the close of business hours on May 12, 2025.
The company has disclosed that Anmol Singh Jaggi’s resignation was submitted in compliance with the directive issued in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Interim Order dated April 15, 2025. A similar reason has been cited for Puneet Singh Jaggi’s departure. Both individuals have also ceased to be members of the committees of the Board as part of their exit.
Gensol confirmed that neither of the outgoing directors currently holds any other directorships or board committee memberships in listed entities. The resignations have been communicated under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Letters from both directors also affirm that there are no material reasons for resignation other than those already disclosed.
The company has submitted the necessary filings to the stock exchanges and will proceed with the requisite formalities with the Registrar of Companies.
