AbhiBus Integrates 7 New State Transport Services, Reaches 17 SRTC Partnerships
Platform now aggregates bus services from 17 major State Road Transport Corporations across India.
AbhiBus, the bus ticketing platform under ixigo Group, has integrated seven new State Road Transport Corporations (SRTCs) into its network, bringing its total SRTC partnerships to 17 across India. The integration was completed recently to expand government bus service availability on the platform.
The seven new SRTCs include ASTC (Assam), SBSTC (South Bengal), TSRTC (Telangana), PRTC (Punjab/PEPSU), KSRTC (Kerala), SNT (Sikkim), and UTC (Uttarakhand). These additions enable users of AbhiBus, ixigo, and ConfirmTkt to book inter-city and inter-state routes across most major regions in India.
"Through these new partnerships, we're bringing the widest range of choices to our users, making bus travel more convenient, accessible, and hassle-free for millions of passengers," said Rohit Sharma, COO of AbhiBus. "These SRTCs offer affordable fares on popular routes with dependable schedules, and their integration with AbhiBus will enable us to tap into a wider base of bus bookers and deepen the supply selection we offer to our travelers."
AbhiBus now works with 17 SRTCs including the previously integrated GSRTC (Gujarat), BSRTC (Bihar), RSRTC (Rajasthan), HRTC (Himachal Pradesh), UPSRTC (Uttar Pradesh), JKSRTC (Jammu & Kashmir), APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh), KTCL (Goa), and WBTC (West Bengal).
The platform aggregates ticket inventory from over 4,000 bus operators and covers more than 350,000 routes across India. AbhiBus is owned by ixigo (Le Travenues Technology Limited), which reported over 54 crore Annual Active Users in FY25.
Sharma attributed the successful partnerships to AbhiBus's brand recognition and the rapid growth of the ixigo group, which helped secure these SRTC integrations.
