Keeway's India product prices start at Rs 2,99,000

Hungary based Keeway has announced prices for its new product line up - Sixties 300i (retro classic scooter) and Vieste 300 (maxi scooter). The Sixties 300i is priced at Rs 2,99,000 and Vieste 300 at Rs 2,99,000 both are ex-showroom India. The company plans to introduce a total of eight products across four categories by the end of 2022. 

"Two dynamic products each in the categories of high-end scooters, muscular cruisers, sport motorcycles, and retro-street motorcycles, will help cater to a wide range of customers," the company said.Vikas Jhabakh, Managing Director, Keeway India, said, Both these vehicles come with unmatched ergonomics, superior functionality, innovative technology, and uncompromised quality and this further helps us establish Keeway’s unique identity in the Indian market. We are working towards introducing six more products in the Indian market by the end of this year and would primarily consist of two cruisers, two retro street classics, one naked street, and a race replica. To meet the business requirements, we also plan to expand our dealership network across the country and look at onboarding over 100 dealers by the end of 2023,” he further added.

The SIXTIES 300i will be available in three colours - Matte Light Blue, Matte White and Matte Grey and VIESTE 300 will be available inMatte Black, Matte Blue and Matte White. Both these have a 278cc engine, single-cylinder, the four-stroke liquid-cooled engine produces a maximum power output of 18.7HP at 6500 rpm and a maximum torque of 22Nm at 6000 rpm. 

Both these products will have an integrated GPS unit with SIM card connected to the KEEWAY application and telecasts the whereabouts of the vehicle anywhere and anytime. Other key features of the application include – remote switching off the engine, setting up of a geo-fence, maintaining ride records, setting max speed limit, and sharing location information with friends on community rides. For assistance during emergency requirements, the panic button feature helps transmit real-time location to two pre-set contacts via the app and also sets the process to avail roadside assistance. They have also partnered with Adishwar Auto Ride India, where they would leverage Benelli’s 40+ dealer network across the country and the assembly plant that is well equipped to meet its ambitious growth plan.
