Bosch India’s PAT up 27 percent in Q3
Revenues from automotive products was up by 2.5 percent
Bosch India recorded consolidated unaudited revenues of Rs 3,189 crore for the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 3,140 crore in the year-earlier quarter. The company’s PAT was Rs 234.85 crore for the last quarter of 2021 as against Rs 184.25 crore in the year-earlier period, up 27 percent
The company’s revenues from automotive products was Rs 2740.81 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 2611.35 crore in the year-earlier period.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it was undergoing major transformation with regard to structural and cyclical changes in automotive market and emerging opportunities in the electro mobility arid mobility segment. It stated that Rs. 743.85 crore for the year ended March 31. 2021 and nine months ended December 31, 2020 and Rs 146.67 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 was expensed in the consolidated financial results towards various restructuring and transformational costs and disclosed as an exceptional item.
