Honda showcases PCX electric scooter at Auto Expo, set to go sale in Asia this year
This latest Honda on two wheels, which develops 0.98kW, is equipped with a high-output motor developed independently by Honda as well as the Honda Mobile Power Pack, a detachable lithium ion mobile battery pack.
Three months after it first revealed its PCX Electric urban scooter, Honda today showcased the eco-friendly urban runabout at the Auto Expo 2018. The PCX is 1923mm long, 745mm wide, and 1107mm tall.
This latest Honda on two wheels, which develops 0.98kW, is equipped with a high-output motor developed independently by Honda as well as the Honda Mobile Power Pack, a detachable lithium ion mobile battery pack.
The Honda PCX Electric is scheduled to go on sale in 2018 in the Asia region including Japan.
While no further details have been revealed whether India is on the Asian market product strategy, with India pulling out all stops to promote electric mobility, Honda just might decide to bring the PCX here. Stay tuned for more details.
