BMW launches 330i in India

BMW India has launched its new 330i sedan in two exclusive design schemes Sport Line and M Sport Edition, priced at Rs 42.40 lakh and Rs 44.90 lakh respectively.

Commenting on the new models, Vikram Pawah, president, BMW Group India, said, “The latest generation engine of the BMW 330i gives a thrilling power delivery and excellent responsiveness which guarantees sheer driving pleasure on the road. The new 330i will build an emotionally rich connection between a sporting driving experience and unbeatable everyday practicality.”

The Sport Line exterior highlights include kidney grille slats in high-gloss black while the interiors include sporting chromo scaling at the console, red contrast stitching on the steering wheel and   decorative trim strip in high-gloss black with coral red accentuated strip. 

The M Sport package comes fitted with M aerodynamic package and 18-inch M star spoke alloy wheels along with M badging. The interior features a sporty cockpit design with M leather steering wheel.

The 4-cylinder petrol engine in the 3 Series develops 252hp and maximum torque of 350 Nm. While 0-100kph takes 5.8 seconds, top speed is 250kph. The new 330i is claimed to deliver fuel efficiency of 16.05kpl.

The new 330i gets comprehensive safety technologies consisting of six airbags, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Side-impact Protection, ISOFIX child seat mounting, Runflat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, emergency spare wheel, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor.
