Volvo opens two new dealerships
Volvo opens two new 3S facilities in Kozhikode and Raipur.
After Kochi, Volvo Car India has opened two new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) dealerships at Kozhikode and Raipur. They were inaugurated by Charles Frump, managing director, Volvo Car India.
Volvo Cars is looking to leverage on the fact that Kozhikode is home to a lot of affluent families and has become a strong luxury car market. After the inauguration, Charles Frump said, “Opening a dealership in this city is a step closer to achieving our medium-term goal of doubling the segment share by 2020.”
Umesh Mohanan, dealer principal, Kerala Volvo said, “The entire range of Volvo cars will be retailed and serviced from our new facility.”

After Kozhikode, Charles Frump went to Raipur to inaugurate KNS Volvo at Tati bandh. At KNS Volvo, Frump said, "Our presence in Central India will boost the brand potential and we look forward to a successful partnership with our dealer here."

Amar Narayan Singh, dealer principal, KNS Volvo said, "Our state-of-the-art 3S facility in Raipur will deliver best-in-class services to customers and help the brand succeed in Central India."
The model line-up that would be retailed at the new facilities includes the S60 and S90 sedans, V40 Cross Country, V90 Cross Country and S60 Cross Country; XC60, XC90 and XC90 T8 Excellence SUVs and the V40 hatchback.
