GM India expands network in Assam
In all, GM India has now 245 Sales Points and 270 Service outlets across the country.
General Motors India has inaugurated a new dealership, Nova Chevrolet in Jorhat, thereby expanding its network in Assam to 9 sales outlets and 9 service facilities.
Across the country, GM India now has 245 sales points and 270 service outlets. Nova Chevrolet will be a 3S facility integrating sales, service and spares to cater to customers in the region.
Commenting on the new dealership, Arvind Saxena, president and MD, GM India, said, “We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Jorhat. The facility will be headed by Dilip Baruah who is recognised as a prominent business leader with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under his able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”
The 3S facility, Nova Chevrolet, located in Jorhat, Assam, will provide a wide range of accessories and support to the customers.
GM India has also introduced a number of industry-first programmes including the recently launched Chevrolet Complete Care programme.
A company statement said that GM India has also developed digital applications such as the Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool available on the Chevrolet India website, which helps calculate periodic service costs, and the MyChevroletIndia mobile application, which helps locate and contact the nearest authorised Chevrolet service station.
