Hero MotoCorp reveals new bikes, scooter
On the morning of January 4, Hero MotoCorp unveiled three products that will be launched over the next few months.
The XPro bike and Maestro scooter will use engines derived from the Honda CB Twister and Activa respectively.
Speaking at the event, managing director and CEO Pawan Munjal said: “The new models reflect Hero MotoCorp’s intent and vision for the future and are part of a clear strategy to further consolidate our leadership position.
We have a positive outlook towards the new year as we work towards our plan in the domestic and overseas markets.” Hero MotoCorp’s sales in December 2011 were 8 percent higher than in December 2010.
