Ducati opens its first dealership in South India in Bangalore

Reinforcing its commitment to the Indian market with dealerships in Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon, Ducati India has opened it’s a new dealership in Bangalore, the first Ducati dealership in South India.

Ducati opens its first dealership in South India in Bangalore

Reinforcing its commitment to the Indian market with dealerships in Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon, Ducati India has opened it’s a new dealership in Bangalore, the first Ducati dealership in South India. VST, one of South India's leading private automobile business groups, has now established a Ducati dealership in UB City. Ducati’s opening of this dealership underlines the company’s plans to expand the Ducati India network, continuing in other major metros throughout 2016.

Ravi Avalur, managing director of Ducati India, highlighted Bangalore as a strategic part of Ducati’s plans in India: “We consider Bangalore to be fundamentally important to our growth in India and are proud to announce that our partnership with VST enables us to take another positive step forward.”

The showroom will offer the entire Ducati range available in India, including the Italian manufacturer’s iconic Monster 821, Hypermotard and Hyperstrada, the Diavel family and the company’s innovative and high-performance Superbike models: 1299, 1299 S and flagship Panigale R.

Arun Surendra, managing director of VST Group's automotive division, said: “We are extremely proud to help bring Ducati to Bangalore and the rest of South India, expanding Ducati’s reach and customer experience. Our many years of success serving premium clients in the luxury automotive world, has helped us create a state-of-the-art service facility on Victoria Road, from which we will provide the same high standards of service as Ducati does the world over.”

Ducati India has started taking orders for the newly arrived Scrambler Urban Enduro which is now available at the from Rs 7,90,000 (ex-showroom Bangalore).

Introducing its touring range into India, Ducati has also now started deliveries of the ground-breaking Multistrada 1200 and 1200S. The highly-awarded model was presented as being 4-bikes-in-1 when it was first released, due to its four Riding Modes which adapted the high-tech motorcycle to Sport, Touring, Urban or Enduro environments at the press of a button. Now equipped also with the revolutionary and super-smooth Ducati Testastretta DVT engine - the world’s first ever motorcycle engine with variable cam-timing on both camshafts - the Multistrada combines latest technologies to take the lead in the sport-touring sector. The Multistrada is available at the new Bengaluru showroom from Rs 14,60,000 (ex-showroom Bengaluru).
