Autocar Performance Show 2013 kicks off in Mumbai
Mumbai, October 18, 2013: The 2013 Autocar Performance Show, organised by Autocar India, kicked off today at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra-Kurla Complex.
Brands like Rolls-Royce, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lamborghini, Mini, Aston Martin, Jaguar and Land Rover, Skoda, Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyundai and Renault share floor space.
Speaking at the inauguration today, Hormazd Sorabjee, editor, Autocar India, said, “We are extremely delighted to bring in the ninth edition of the Autocar Performance Show, featuring some of the most desirable cars and bikes, all under one roof. As the leading auto magazine in India, we always strive to provide car and bike lovers a truly special experience.”
Other highlights of the show include the Maruti Suzuki Autocross, Mahindra 4x4 experience zone and JBL Entertainment Zone.
There’s also the Stuff Gadget Show, which promises an exciting ambience with some of the world’s most exclusive gadgets on display. Visitors get a chance to meet specialists, experts and tech-gurus who will offer advice on everything from cosmetic changes to performance enhancement.
Commenting on the event, Nishant Padhiar, editor, Stuff Magazine India, said: “The Stuff Gadget Show received a tremendous response in its debut year in 2012 and we are confident of receiving a similar response this year.
