Audi Service Gurgaon, Audi India’s largest workshop, has activated round-the-clock operations for customers. The facility has 14 dedicated service bays and parking space for 35 cars.

The workshop with its 24X7 functioning allows customers to drop off their vehicles after office hours and will also generate faster turnaround times by increasing the productive hours to the maximum. “Customer experience is at the forefront of what we do at Audi and a great service experience is vital towards that. Audi Service Gurgaon has taken the lead in activating round-the-clock operations for the benefit of our customers. We are sure that this along with other initiatives that we are taking will strengthen our customer satisfaction efforts,” said Joe King, Head, Audi India.

To enable smooth and efficient operation, three non-stop shifts of highly skilled and trained technicians and managers will be operational at Audi Service Gurgaon. This means at the end of each 8-hour shift, a new team takes over while the physical infrastructure gets maximised with this approach. The current level of service efficiency is expected to go up by 30%.

Rashy Todd, managing director, Audi Gurgaon (Zenica Group), said: “With our focus on Gurgaon and NCR, the flexibility of timing will help customers in coming as per their convenience and the move also helps us in improving our turnaround time  with more work being completed with additional service hours. Customers who require their cars during the day or have their Audi as the only vehicle can now stop

worrying as the cars can be dropped for servicing during the night and readily available when they wake up in the morning.”

“Audi India has taken many other pioneering initiatives on the service front like opening the Audi Technical Service Centre in Mumbai which has helped us tremendously in after-sales service in the market. We also initiated the Technical Apprenticeship Programme (TAP) in collaboration with three training institutes in India. TAP is a comprehensive manpower development program in India with a vision

of creating quality talent. TAP is specific to Audi Syllabus and is designed to generate a ready pool of industry ready professionals. Through this initiative, Audi India would offer training and technical support to the institutes, thereby enhancing its students’ employability in the automobile sector,” added Joe King.
